2018 Drummondville Winter Classic: Canimex Group becomes official presenter

The Organizing Committee of the 2018 Drummondville Winter Classic is proud to announce that Canimex Group is associated with the event as official presenter.

A flagship of the Québec manufacturing industry, established in 1969, Canimex Group today contributes to local, national and international economic development. Mr. Roger Dubois, President of Canimex Group, was also the founding President of the Drummondville Voltigeurs in 1982. The company agreed with pleasure to associate its name in 2018 with this outdoor rendez-vous, unique in Québec, which will be held February 9 to 11 at the Victor-Pepin ice rink.

"At Canimex Group, one of our core values is our commitment to community programs and events that encourage participation in sports. Hockey is a strong symbol of our culture, and we are proud of the deep roots that bind us to the Drummondville Voltigeurs, a team we have supported for over 36 years. This partnership with the Winter Classic is a natural fit for Canimex Group, given our attachment to the Voltigeurs and our commitment to youth," Mr. Dubois points out.
