Worm gear reducer

This type of reducer is commonly composed of a gear for which the driving force is a spiral screw (worm screw) engaged with a sprocket. The screw-sprocket pair is called a worm gear. The main use of this type of gear is to reduce the rotation speed and thus the transmission of a high torque. For a given contour, the worm gear reducer offers the highest reduction ratio.

C/CC universal series

The universal series is available in several modes, including C and CC (addition of a C-flange), which are the biggest sellers at Canimex. The two types are available with a hollow or double output shaft. They are available in ratios of 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60:1. Check with your representative for other possible design types.

CF/CFC Imperial universal series

The universal series is also available in CF/CFC Imperial models (addition of a C-flange). The two types are available with a hollow or double output shaft. They are available in ratios of 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100:1

CMR/CCMR series

The models in the CMR/CCMR series offer high-torque transmission with a high level of reliability and extremely silent running. Input flanges and output shaft are available for this series in all sizes. The male output shaft is available in both metric and Imperial sizes. The Nema and IEC input flanges are also available in all sizes.

This type of reducer is differentiated by its small size and multipurpose rating. It can be integrated very well with a heating, cooling, ventilation and climate control system. It is also possible to attach this type of reducer to a crank. Several ratios are available: 5, 10, 25, 50.

Helical gear reducers

This type of reducer is commonly composed of helical gears, which can offer a compact design of the gearbox and better performance in energy loss, sound emitted and available ratios. The standard seals also protects the gears from dust and prevents oil from escaping.

 

Canimex offers you several types of helical gear reducer designs:

 

Series PT, O, PL, A, SM 80/1 to 190/2, for series PT models 63 to 190, for series O models                                   25/3 to 131/3, for series PL models 25/2 to 120/3, for series A models

These types of reducers are available in several formats and gear arrangements. Inline, perpendicular and parallel are all available formats. Input flanges and output shaft are available for these series in all sizes. The male output shaft is available in both metric and Imperial sizes. The Nema and IEC input flanges are also available in all sizes.
